1. A good bingo MUST have the last number called.
2. Monitors are there for your convenience. No number is valid until called by BOTH letter and number.
3. The serial number of all games claimed to be winners may be checked.
4. All those occupying a seat in the hall are required to have a valid admission ticket. It must be properly filled out and easily visible to the Bingo committee staff.
5. It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to notify the caller of a Bingo. Be sure to call "BINGO" loudly enough.
6. No Bingo is allowed after the balls have dropped.
7. Per the house rules, only those at least 18 years old are permitted to play Bingo. All those occupying a seat are considered players and must purchase a minimum admission.
8. Players may reserve spaces for other players. Such reservations expire at 6:30pm.
9. Per the Commonwealth of Virginia, as much as we would like to do so, members of the department cannot now play your cards for a short time as a convenience. Instead, please ask a fellow player to cover your cards when you need to run errands.
10. Please keep careful control of your personal belongings. The Department cannot be responsible for their loss.
11. We ask that cellular phones be turned off while Bingo is in session. Use is permitted during intermissions. For incoming emergency calls during play, the pay phone number at the side of the hall is (703) 938-9053.
12. Please be considerate of others and restrict your conversations during play.
13. The caller has the final word in all matters relating to the direct play of Bingo games. The games administrator has the final say in all other matters.
14. Door prize numbers are pulled randomly from the admission ticket numbers sold up until 7:30PM. It is possible that if you arrive after that time, your admission ticket number was not considered.
15. The VVFD Bingo staff reserves the right to instruct disruptive players to leave the premises, without refund.

Sales and Refund Policies

1. Please check your purchases and count your change before leaving the sales table.
2. Checks are only accepted if ATM is out of service.
3. Sales are made on a cash only basis.
4. Refunds are made only for unmarked, untorn books. After the first game in a book has been played, that book will be rendered un-returnable, whether it has been marked or not. Refunds are made on a pro-rated basis for computers, should there be a malfunction and no other computers available for replacement. Once we have begun calling the first early bird, electronic bingo computers will be rendered un-returnable. With no computer receipt, a malfunctioning computer can only be exchanged for a 36 card computer, so please keep your receipt!
5. Games already played when books are purchased will be rendered unplayable. There is no price reduction for the defacing of games already played.
6. No one under the age of 18 may PURCHASE or OPEN instant bingos.
7. Computers may not be returned or exchanged unless deemed inoperable by the computer administrator on duty (and only while supplies last). They require the original receipt, if the receipt is lost, only a 36 card computer can be issued as an exchange.

Vienna’s Fortune (A Treasure Chest Game) Rules:

1. Each night we will play Vienna’s Fortune (game #18).
2. Each winner of game #18 will win $100 (or a division of the money for multiple winners) and a numbered ticket for “the drawing”.
3. The drawing will occur on the night that we reach 11 winners of Vienna’s Fortune tickets (it is possible to have more than 11 winners if we have multiple winners on that night).
4. The ticket holder MUST be present to win.
5. The ticket holder who wins is required to show picture I.D. to collect the prize.
6. Each ticket holder will draw for a key to unlock Vienna’s Fortune.
7. The pot that is won is calculated by taking the total number of Vienna’s Fortune sheets sold, subtracting $100 for the winner(s) of game #18 each week, and placing the remainder of the money into the pot.

Progressive Bingo Jackpots:

1. We will post the amount of the jackpot for each progressive game along with the number of calls that you must bingo within to win the jackpot.
2. If no one wins the progressive jackpot within the specified number of calls, we will continue calling for a $100 consolation prize.
3. Each of the progressive bingo game jackpots will increase nightly by $100, and the number of calls needed will increase by 1 number until the progressive prize is won.
