Hall Rental.The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations. All proceeds from this rental are used to support the department's operations. The Community Hall is available for rent on most Mondays through Saturdays and is an excellent venue for Wedding Receptions, Children’s Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, or Business Conferences. (The hall is not available on Sundays due to our weekly Bingo Fundraiser.)

Is there a fee to rent the hall?
Yes. The fees vary based on the type of event and number of people. Current pricing can be found at https://vvfd.simplybook.me/v2/.
Are there additional fees beyond the hall rental?
Yes. There may be a cleaning fee or a fee to arrange the room in any configuration other than the standard configuration. We do ask that you do a basic clean-up before leaving for major trash items or spills.
Can I setup for the event early?
Yes, we can accommodate setting up the room early in most cases.
Can I have food and drink?
Yes, you can bring in your own food and drink. We do have a kitchen where you can store beverages and food. You can also use it to prepare your food assuming your event is private. If your event is open to the public you must have a certified food handler onsite.
Can I serve alcohol and do I need a license?
Yes, you can serve alcohol and you will need to obtain a banquet or banquet special event license from the VA ABC. You can apply for the license at (https://www.abc.virginia.gov/licenses/get-a-license/banquet-licenses)
What type of payments do you accept?
We ask that you pay by credit card when you book your event at https://vvfd.simplybook.me/v2/. We can also accept checks if a credit card is not convenient.
What if I have to cancel?
We will work with you to re-book the event at a time more convenient to you, but you may lose your deposit if you do not rebook as we held the room for your event and may have lost another customer that wanted to book at the same time?
Can we get a tour of the firehouse?
Possibly. Please note your interest in a tour and we will work to see if someone is available and the firefighters do not have the bay reserved for training or other official business.
Can we have music?
Yes, but we ask that all music stop no later than 11pm as the firefighters are sleeping in the fire house beneath the hall.
Can I bring in my own caterer, party planner or party organizer? Can they view the venue prior to the event?
