Yes. There may be a cleaning fee or a fee to arrange the room in any configuration other than the standard configuration. We do ask that you do a basic clean-up before leaving for major trash items or spills.
Yes, we can accommodate setting up the room early in most cases.
Yes, you can bring in your own food and drink. We do have a kitchen where you can store beverages and food. You can also use it to prepare your food assuming your event is private. If your event is open to the public you must have a certified food handler onsite.
Yes, you can serve alcohol and you will need to obtain a banquet or banquet special event license from the VA ABC. Click here to apply for the license.
We ask that you pay by credit card when you book your event. We can also accept checks if a credit card is not convenient.
We will work with you to re-book the event at a time more convenient for you or offer you a partial or full refund based on the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of the booking.
Possibly. Please note your interest in a tour and we will work to see if someone is available and the firefighters do not have the bay reserved for training or other official business.
Yes, but we ask that all music stop no later than 11pm and is no louder than 90 decibels as the firefighters are sleeping in the fire house beneath the event space.
