We are partnering with multiple local business around Vienna to offer dates and times for order pickup. VVFD members will be at those locations during those times, you may stop by and pick up your ornament order while picking up dinner or coffee. A: No, just show up! We will be ready for you. Q: What do I need to bring for order pickup? A: Please have your name, address, order number, and quantity purchased so we can confirm your order. Q: What if I am unable to attend any of the scheduled pickups? A: At the end of scheduled pickup times, we will contact anyone that has yet to pick up their ornament. Q: Will you have extra ornaments available for purchase at the pickup locations? A: Yes, we will try to have a small inventory of additional ornaments. We can accept cash or card. Q: I am now unable to pickup my order. Can I have it shipped instead? A: Yes, please see this page to add-on shipping to an existing order. |
