Santa delivery has been a very popular delivery option. In order to facilitate providing as many as possible, we are limiting deliveries to Town of Vienna only and just one town quadrant per day. If you provide a delivery address that is outside of the area for the date you selected, we will contact you to either change to the correct date (if available) or change to mail/pickup. Due to demand and time constraints, we are unable to make exceptions.

*Please note, this ornament delivery by Santa is not a substitute for our regular Santa Runs. We are committed to Santa Runs this year. More information at our Santa Run page.
- 1 ornament (2024), though you may add additional ornaments to your order and Santa will delivery the entire order without any additional delivery fees.
- Curbside delivery by Santa and his helpers on the 1946 Maxim of your entire order during the scheduled delivery window selected.
- 5-10 minutes for private interaction with Santa, his helpers, and the 1946 Maxim including as many pictures as you care to take.

Important things to know:
- You are committing to be home at the selected date and time window of delivery. We understand this is a distant time in the future and there will be plenty of communication reminding you of the delivery. As we fill up the schedule and can plan delivery routes, we will provide you a more narrow window by telling you which number stop your order will be that evening. However, missed deliveries due to nobody home will not be rescheduled or refunded. Your order delivery method will be changed to Local Vienna Business Pickup or USPS.
- Delivery is available within Town of Vienna only. If you are unsure if delivery is available to your address, please contact us at store@vvfd.org. All orders will be checked for delivery addresses and we will contact you if there is any problem.
- Delivery dates and times may change based on availability due to weather or mechanical issues. If these must change, you will be contacted individually.
- There are a limited number of Santa deliveries available! Once they are filled, we will be unable to add more because this is a busy time for Santa, his helpers, and the Maxim.
- Your order will include 1 ornament (2024). However, there is no upper limit on the number of ornaments for Santa to deliver to your address. Add as many additional ornaments to your order as you would like for the same Santa delivery price. Get together with your neighbors to share a delivery experience. Santa loves block parties!
- This option is available for Vienna addresses only in the area listed for each delivery date. If you have questions, please contact us first at store@vvfd.org.
- This item is a combination ornament, delivery, and donation. After delivery, you will also receive an acknowledgement letter thanking for the donation amount of $95, which is $125 less the $20 ornament and $10 as the value of the thank you gift (delivery) received. This letter can be used as your IRS donation receipt.
